Duties
  • Preparing the budget proposals of Management Inc. according to the plan and program basis and monitoring their implementation in order to ensure that the existing resources such as human capital, funds, and materials are used in the most appropriate and efficient manner for the economical and effective execution of services and activities.
  • Ensuring the preparation of monthly trial balances, balance sheets and final accounts,
  • Monitoring all changes in the status of Zonal investors and ensuring the accrual and collection of common expense amounts,
  • Initiating and following up legal procedures against investors who do not pay their debts on time,
  • Collecting and evaluating the necessary information, documents and statistics regarding the financing resources of investment programs,
  • Monitoring the cash and allowance status during the implementation,
  • Carrying out the inventory works and all kinds of payment and collection transactions of Management Inc.,
  • Managing and implementing the accounting system of Management Inc.; preparing and monitoring the financial statements,
  • Carrying out the accrual and collection transactions of the fees for the services provided by Management Inc.
