  • S.S. ASKOOP Anatolian Industrialists Collective Workplace Construction Cooperative, established by industrialists operating in various sectors to meet the workplace needs of their partners so that our country can achieve a more qualified production structure, will contribute to making our economy internationally competitive, ensure technology transfer, especially for high-technology production, and support activities that increase production, employment, and exports.
  • ASKOOP Private Industrial Zone, the management and operation of which is under the responsibility of our cooperative in accordance with the Industrial Zones legislation, this 95,51 hectare area was declared as the “ASKOOP Private Industrial Zone” by the Presidential Decree numbered 7762 published in the Official Gazette numbered 32357 dated 02/11/2023.
  • The declaration of the ASKOOP Private Industrial Zone aims to accelerate Türkiye's transition to the fourth industrial revolution, also known as Industry 4.0, and to provide Istanbul with an environmentally friendly, planned and qualified private industrial zone.
  • ASKOOP Private Industrial Zone was established within the borders of Arnavutköy district of Istanbul province, with the aim of facilitating the technological transformation of industrial structures, featuring innovative, local, green and smart production systems; ensuring digital transformation and sustainability within the framework of the fourth industrial revolution and increasing the qualified workforce.
  • Within an area of approximately one thousand acres, ASKOOP Private Industrial Zone has been designed to fulfill its mission, featuring industrial and commercial zones, a technopark, vocational and technical education areas, parks and green spaces, health and cultural facilities, a fire station, wide roads, and a gallery infrastructure system.
  • In addition to the mission and vision defined above, the industrial buildings to be built in the ASKOOP Private Industrial Zone will be able to produce the energy they need with their own solar panels, store rainwater to contribute to water consumption, cover their buildings with green façade concept, and produce in accordance with smart city systems by providing gallery infrastructure with LV-MV, communication, clean and wastewater systems.
  • A fixed investment expenditure of 21.319.300.000 TL is expected to be made for the implementation of the investments planned for the ASKOOP Private Industrial Zone. As a result of the investments, it is aimed that approximately 9.669 new employments are created in the zone, with an annual turnover of 14.032.000.000 TL and annual exports of 5.006.500.000 TL.
