ZONING AND PERMITTING OPERATIONS

NEW BUILDING APPLICATION PROCESS
  1. Zoning Status and Road Elevation Application
    The applicant or the project owner submits the necessary documents to the consulting firm. The consulting firm makes an application through the MEYDIP (Spatial Management and Digitalization Project) system. After approval, the road elevation fee is paid and the minutes application is made.
  2. Architectural and Technical Project Preparation
     Architectural, fire evacuation, ground survey, static, mechanical and electrical projects are prepared. All projects are checked first by the consulting firm, then by the Ministry.
  3. Building Application Project
    The building application fee is paid, the project is prepared and presented in triplicate. Approved copies are stored at the Ministry, the building owner and the building inspection firm.
  4. Building Inspection Assignment
    The building inspection application is made through the consulting firm.  The Ministry appoints the building inspection firm.
  5. Building Permit Application
    The workplace delivery minutes are obtained. The permit petition and the documents are forwarded to the consulting firm. ASKOOP fee is paid. After the permit approval, the copies are distributed to the relevant parties.
  6. Building Inspection Discount Application
    Since ASKOOP is a private zone, a 20% discount can be applied on the building inspection fee. The petition is delivered to the consulting firm.
  7. Ministry-Approved Workplace Delivery Minutes
    After the permit, the building inspection firm prepares the workplace delivery minutes. Construction can be started after the approval of the consultant and the Ministry.
  8. Level Assessment and Interim Payments
     Interim payments can be made at various levels from 10% to 100% during the construction process. Ministry control is carried out for each level.
  9. Occupancy Permit (Building Use Permit Certificate)
    After the construction is completed, an application is made to the consulting firm with the necessary documents.

Work Permit Application
After the occupancy permit, the necessary documents are obtained from the building owner and a work permit is issued with the approval of the consultant and the Ministry.
