INTERNATIONAL COOPERATION, PROJECT AND BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
Duties
Carrying out the required practices to collaborate with the necessary international institutions and organizations in order to ensure technology transfer, strengthen the corporate structure of the Zone, and enable the Zonal investors to compete internationally,
Carrying out export-enhancing activities and organizations, foreign promotional delegations, such trips and other organizations, and training and information activities on this subject,
Following the international fairs and similar events,
Exchanging information and documents with international economic organizations, forwarding information sent to the zone to zonal investors or other organizations when necessary, and improving collaboration,
Providing all kinds of information and assistance to foreign investors wishing to invest in the Zone,
Management of the Zone’s movable and immovable commercial properties, their leasing, utilization in new investments and projects, development and implementation of income-generating projects,
Finding new and original solutions in key opportunity and problem areas such as helping zonal investors develop business and new projects, becoming partners in new projects, and gaining competitive power through efficiency-enhancing activities in production and business,
Carrying out the necessary activities regarding the application of all kinds of support and incentives offered by the public and other institutions and organizations, especially the support mechanisms such as TÜBİTAK, KOSGEB, Development Agencies, European Union Grant programs, both on behalf of the Industrial Zone management, for the zonal investors and jointly,
Establishing and operating the clustering, University-Industry collaboration, the zone’s R&D and innovation infrastructure, and carrying out activities that will contribute to the Zonal investors, such as Industry 5.0 and efficiency practices.
Coordinating the Zone’s research and development, project and consultancy activities, and following up the processes,
Promoting the zone in project-based institutions and organizations,
Planning, coordinating and finalizing the development process of the Zone’s strategic plan,
Monitoring and evaluating the implementations within the framework of strategic plan performance criteria, and reporting at regular intervals,
Ensuring the establishment, execution and inspection of the quality assurance system of the Zone,
Ensuring the planning and execution of processes for obtaining national and international quality certificates and accreditations,
Carrying out other assigned tasks.
